Warranty Policy

All “SUP” stand up paddle boards that are invoiced direct to the client from SUPWEST are covered by a Limited (1) ONE YEAR Warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase.  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. The warranty covers defects in the material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, modification or alteration to the original design, accidents, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, storage, abuse, use in a commercial, rental or teaching environments. Cosmetic flaws that do not affect the functionality and performance of the board are not applicable.
If you have a valid warranty claim, please email your concerns and include photographic evidence to sales@supwest.com.au. Do not return the goods to our store prior to sending your claim via email..

Your claim will be reviewed by the manufacturer and they could take 7 days to respond.
