SUPwest Policies


SUPwest can arrange delivery Australia-wide. Upon verification that the goods are in stock and the client pays the appropriate tax invoice, the goods can be dispatched within 2 working days.

Unless specifically stated on our website, the cost to deliver the goods are at the expense and responsibility of the client. Our pick-up address is 795 Marshall Road Malaga Western Australia 6090.


All prices shown on the SUPwest website are in Australian (AU$) dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Whilst SUPwest take every step to ensure that prices published on our web are current, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes. In the event that an order is placed for an item that has an incorrectly priced, the client will be notified prior to dispatch and have the option to either proceed with or cancel the order.


SUPwest will not accept returns on goods for ‘change of mind’ reasons.

If you feel that your product is faulty, please email Customer Service [email protected] and we will advise the correct process to resolve the issue.

Do not return the item prior to an Authority to Return being received from Customer Service.

All freight costs are covered by the customer upfront, and if the product is confirmed to have a problem, SUPwest may contribute towards this but all receipts must be kept and provided to SUPwest.  If the product has been deemed to be a major problem, SUPwest will determine to repair, replace or refund.

All returns must be packaged carefully and SUPwest take zero responsibility for any damage during transportation.


The information collected by SUPwest is strictly of business nature and does not usually contain personal information. Even so, the information collected will not be sold, rented or traded to third parties, unless required by law.

SUPwest may use information provided by customers to keep them up to date with business related information such as future promotions, products and services provided by us.
